Los Angeles/Orange County Support Group Feb 11th

I wanted to let the Los Angeles/Orange County ladies know that the Center for Restorative Breast Surgery in New Orleans is starting to set up regional live webcasts of their monthly support group meetings.  They are held the second Wednesday of each month, and we will be interactively joining their meetings beginning March 11th.   I have the list of the topics for 2009, and they will be of benefit to so many of us.  A friend in New Orleans who has been attending the meetings for a while speaks highly of them and says she has learned something valuable every month.   

Because the meetings will be broadcast live and New Orleans is two hours ahead of Los Angeles, we will begin viewing at 3:00 p.m. local time.  The goal is for us to be able to interact with the folks in NOLA during the meeting, and have relevant local experts to each topic join us at our own get-together.    If you are interested, or know of someone who might be, please contact me at sandy keller01 at aol dot com.

Hi whippetmom, I just heard that we have to wait until March to begin this series.  March 11th will be the first one, and now that I have more time, I will continue scouting out a location.  It will most likely be somewhere in Torrance.
