DCIS/Possible 2nd diagnosis

Had 0 Stage DCIS and Thryroid Cancer in 2007 with clear margins and clear lympnodes.  Had lumpectomy and radiation.  A lump was found this week in the same breast and I'm waiting for results of P.E.T. Scan.  I was told this could possibly be scar tissue.  Anyone else had this experience?

    It hasn't happened to me but I know that this has happened to a number of other women here - scar tissue has shown up as a lump.  Hopefully that's all that yours is.  Good luck!!
