Exercise Your Guilty Pleasures!

Did you make a NewYear's Resolution to get into shape? Well here is one of the things I like to do. We all have those TV shows that are pretty inane but we love to watch anyway: our little guilty pleasures. Well, instead of just sitting there, exercise through the show. I just spent an hour watching the Bachelor, all the while doing crunches on my exercise ball, free weights and some ballet exercises for my legs. It felt great. No guilt! Can't wait for American Idol. Twice a week and I can work out to music! Tell us how you are spending your guilty pleasure time!

For those of you who watch the Bachelor. Did you see the promo that Deanna is coming back and saying that she made a mistake? I feel so badly for the new girls! She made her choice for the goofy snowboarder guy, she should not get another chance. Poor Jason looked pretty shaken up about it.

I always have good intentions to do crunches/fit ball/etc during the time I spend watching college basketball, but I never seem to do it. Maybe I should readdress that issue this year!
