looking for good ob/gyn and onc combo

Hi,

I'm about two years out from IDC diagnosis and finished treatment this past April. I'm also almost 40 and would like to see if it's possible to have another child soon. But I want to meet with the best of the best medical experts on this (my cancer was ER+ so that's one issue to discuss among others).

Does anyone know of any onc and ob/gyn teams that are really up on this? I'm in the midwest but would travel if it's worth it to get the best support.

I don't have any recommendations for you, but I am interested in this myself.  I have an appointment with both my ob/gyn (I know his feelings on this) and my oncologist in February but plan on speaking to my nurse at my treatment this Thursday.  I am still receiving herceptin until the end of March.  I am 31, but did nothing to protect my fertility and have not had a cycle in almost a year, so there may not be much hope for me. I think that I have heard someone speak with a doctor at MSK.  Another helpful website you could post this question at is youngsurvivors.org
