Please excuse any late night typos. I have no idea if this healthy or not, but it is amazing! So amazing it doesn't even have a real name.

- Start a balsamic vinegar reduction

- Cut a fresh fig 2 times (in a x shape) from the top, being careful not to cut all the way through to the base

- Preheat oven to about 400

- Pinch the figs so they open a bit and "stuff" them with roquefort cheese

- Wrap one slice of prosciutto around it

- Put them onto a baking sheet or dish and off you go

When the prosciutto is crisp then it's done, probably about 4-6 minutes. Once on the plate drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top and add a ring around the plate itself. The mix of flavors from the roquefort, the sweetness of the fresh figs and the balsamic reduction will give your mouth some nice memories. It's quick, tasty and the best part is that all you have to do is cut some stuff up!
