What's a "puff" or "puffy"?

I'm a newcomer to this thread after losing my expander (after 5 months) one week ago to an infection.  I still have stitches and am a bit sore.  I'm back at work and need something to wear until I can be fitted for a prosthesis. 

I've seen several people mention a "puffy"on this thread.  It sounds like what I'm looking for. Can you describe this and tell me where I might find one?

It's a soft cloth form filled with fiberfill/polyfill often used right after mastectomy but some like it later on either all the time, for sleep, leisure, hot weather.  there's no weight. some are "round" and some are triangle shaped.  you can pin it in bra or wear in pocketed bra. you can buy on American Cancer's site www.tlccatalog.org or many other websites or from a local breast form vendor/store.
