***Very touchy subject... little Caylee Marie Anthony***

6 months have lapsed since she disappeared and today (I think), the results are in that the remains found about a week ago, are of less than 3 year old Caylee Anthony.  Her death is now ruled as a homicide.

Do you believe that her mother is innocent or guilty?  Do you believe someone else did it?

In accordance of what I have watched and read, I believe that Caylee's mother is totally GUILTY and should be punished accordingly.

Even though I never believed that "we" would ever again see little Caylee alive, this is really heart breaking, along w/ all other cases wherein children pay any kind of "price".

this is an incredibly sad story.  i do believe that her mother is responsible even though i personally feel i have no right to judge anyone...that is up to God.  the fact that the baby was killed is horrible enough but to put her in a trash bag like garbage and not allow her to have a funeral after her death is just disgusting.  as a grandmother i feel just terrible for the grandparents even though i personally believe that there is tremendous denial from her family especially the grandmother.  i know however that this beautiful baby is at peace and has a loving angel caring for her for eternity.  so many lives were destroyed here and for what?

I truly believe Caylee's Mom definetly had something to do with her demise. I cannot understand how anyone could do that to a child. I believe this little angel is sitting right beside God and reading a book or singing a song. May Cassey have endless nights of torment, I'm sorry but she does not deserve any peace.

I would like to know how come your small child disappears and you wait 30 days to tell anyone about it... you go around getting tattoos and living 'la vida loca' w/o any care while your child is missing....

I would like to know how does one cross the line and becomes a murderer... especially parents that commit awful acts towards their own flesh and blood... towards any children... once again a very dark and sad case... people....

I've been keeping up with this story from almost day one.  I can't remember all the lies that woman told (mother?).  AND she never reported the child missing.  The grandmother found her daughter.  She overheard her talking to her brother and tell him that Caylee was kidnapped.  That's when the grandmother called the authorities again and said, "It smells like a dead body has been in the damned car."  How could this "mother" ride around in that car with the baby in the trunk and the odor?

I have thought, what would I do if this was my daughter?  Frankly, I do not know.  If I really believed her (which I don't think the grandparents did) I would be livid!  But I don't know because I've never walked in this grandmother's shoes.  However, I feel like this daughter has been enabled throughout her life..stealing comes easy..she even stole from her grandfather's account, lying seemed easy...the stories she told were ELABORATE and NEVER showed on bit of concern about her child.

And then the defense trying to make trouble..I say..why should they have the right to be on the crime scene when THEY (their client) NEVER gave one hint about where this child was.  Now after the crime scene is finally open of course they don't want it because it isn't like it was when found.  I'm just so angry that this "person" could be so unconcerned about her baby...shows guilt as far as I'm concerned.

I would like to know the REAL story.  What really happened to this baby?  When I see those videos of her singing or sitting her her great-grandpa's lap...........

I'm not saying the mother (Casey) isn't guily, but just not sure what she is guilty of.  The one thing that really bothers me is that this utility worker called 3 days in a row and no one found her back in august?  Seriously, if you were calling in to a hotline and nothing got done, about a bag in an area that was already searched by cadaver dogs, would you have called in the next 3 days? And what about that area having been under water?  One if it was under water in June, then was under water in June also?  And IF it was under in June and august, how did this utility worker see the bag back in the woody area that was persumably under water?  So many unanswered questions.

I know they say this utility worker isn't a person of interest, but he's a person of interest in my eyes.  Why was he so persistent, you know?  I've made calls about things I've seen, but would not think twice if it weren't followed up. What I mean is, I certainly wouldn't have called 3 days in a row, you know?  Just sounds rather fishy to me.

Personally, I've witnessed women berate their children or abuse them and reported it.  And I know of women (from dd waiting on them in the bar) that could care less who they leave the kids with when it's party time.  Maybe she was a p*sspoor mother, but then you add in the interent searches and borrowing a shovel and so on and so on, and man.....SHE's GUILTY.  Just not sure of what yet.  I certainly hope they find definitive answers about who did what and how and whomever did this little girl in, deserves the death penalty in my eyes.  No child, Never a child, deserves what this child obviously had done to her.

Still wish a timeline of that area she was found in and when the water was there, and who/what/where and when it was searched and all.  I hope they get some more answers to the harder questions, of how she died before the trial.

And I keep her (Caylee) in thoughts of playing with another little girl Gabrielle up there in heaven, running and enjoying themselves as children should, carefree and worry free.

Well, since the little bones were scattered everywhere most like by "little creatures" that body HAD to be there.  At this point I really don't see the utility worker as having apart in it.  Perhaps I'm wrong.  From what I hear people there (I'm not from there and I have been obsessed by this story) have really been interested in this story.  I don't believe the first two calls were ever followed up because it was said that it had been searched and with cadaver dogs.  The third time the guy met the police at the site.  There was a rattle snake and the cop tells the guy to let him (the cop) search because of the snake.  Well, the rumor is that the cop was scared off by the snake and he said nothing was found.  This will all be investigated.  If the cops screwed this up it's awful!

If I were guilty of killing someone I don't think I would have called the cops three times and then meet one at the scene.  Of course this guy could be a nut.  But the mother of this child sure didn't seem to be upset about her little girl missing.  I would have been HYSTERICAL!  One time when I took the girls to the skating rink I couldn't find my youngest.  I looked and looked and the skating rink was a very safe place to be.  You couldn't get out without being seen.  I was there the whole time of course.  Anyway, my friend was getting ready to leave and I stopped her and hysterically told her to wait because I couldn't find my child.  I had her paged..the rink wasn't that big.  Anyway, the little squirt was watching someone play a pinball machine game and I couldn't see her..she was "hidden."  I WAS SO SCARED!  So, all the stories the Caylee's mom told seems so crazy and the way she acted, lied and stole made her in my eyes even more guilty.  I'm glad I don't have to sit on that jury.

The whole thing is very sad.  I don't understand why the mother would do this!!!  If she wanted out, all she had to do was walk away.  It's obvious that the grandparents would have taken care of Caylee.  And putting duct tape across your child's mouth?  That little girl must have been horrified and confused.  Just sickening.

They say there was an argument between her and her mother when this started, the grandmother wanted to keep Caylee with her and supposedly tried to strangle Casey.  Could Casey have done this to get revenge on her mother?  I don't want her but you sure won't get her.

I too think Casy has been enabled to lie and steal probably all her life.  I had the hardest time undertanding why her grandparents were believing the garbage falling out of Casey's mouth.  How could they stand by and say that is ok when she wouldn't tell the police where that child is?  Was it a defense ploy or are Casey's parents that cukoo?  Where was their frustration and anger at Casey for not saying anything to find the child.  I think they are all dysfunctional.

Every time I see a little girl I can't help but think of this precious child, I feel bad I even sent a sympathy card to George & Cindy , I am a gramma and I know how much my grandson means to me.

Okay... I am a little lost about this title on AOL.com:

    'No Good Deed
    Goes Unpunished'

Man Who Found Caylee's Body Now
    Must Defend Himself'

    What?!?!?!?!

The defense is trying to say that he should be considered a suspect!  Now that should be on the WTF thread!

I'm not sure we will ever know the truth about this. I can't go so far as to say I am CERTAIN the mother is guilty, but given everything that has come out about her - I would say she is CRAZY. Having a brother with a mental illness, it makes it very hard for me to damn someone for their actions when they don't have the same mental capacities as you or I. Always wanting to have children and not being able to, it breaks my heart when I hear stories like this. I am amazed at the depths of evil humans can stoop too. I also only pray the little girl is in heaven, playing, loved and at peace.

I'm watching nancy grace right now and this guy is starting to sound a little strange and may possibly have something to do with this case.  Not necessarily with killing her but something to do with the situation.

I saw the interview... and if my memory serves me right, this guy called the Police several times w/ tips, which the Police never followed up... that he has a record which was expunged... (the charges were kidnapping)... does not bother me... I guess it's the defense's strategy to through sand on anyone's eyes so the attention is not focused on the real murder... and we know who she is!
