    Thanks all for good wishes! Just got home at 6pm EDT - LONG day - hard to type with sore right arm - so this will be brief - good news -so far, all negative nodes and no drains - BS took out more tissue than she anticipated to get clear margins - SNB actually a breeze! thanks again more tomorrow
