Trying to Get Life Insurance

I'm trying to buy term life-insurance and I have atypical lobular hyperplasia. I'm supposed to have a phone examination about my health. How do I handle questions re diagnoses, cancers, etc. Is ALH a diagnosis? If they ask if I've had any major issues, do I tell them about the ADH?
Thanks. I don't really know what to do.
