16 and scared

im only sixteen years old and my mom has breast cancer for the 2nd time in her life. once when i was 11,and then now. Then it wasn't so scary becasue i was little and i guess you could say i didn't care. now since i am older and its reoccuring, i am very scared, and very much in denial about it. so i really just dont know how to cope with the whole thing.
any suggestions?
