My Favorite Topics does NOT work! ARGH. :(

I have used this board since 2006.  And I just recently started reading and posting more often then I had been.  But I find it frustrating that when I post a reply to someone....or start a new thread I ALWAYS click on "Add to My Favorite Topics" but it does NOT work. 

 With my left over chemobrain there is NO way I can remember where or who I posted too.  There are threads I WANT to follow but I can't since this feature is not working...at least not for me. Can someone please tell me how to get this to work...or whom I should write to about this? 

There really is no way possible I can remember every post I reply to even if I wanted too.   Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
