What is nodular density

I think I posted in the wrong area. but the nurse called and said I had:

bilaterial nodular density and my images were like "Fog" but no masses or suspicous findings? I have been ordered for a nodular denstiy in my right breast and I'm worried.

What does it mean? What is nodular density?
