HELP!! Nipple Discharge & Shrinking on Other Side??

    I had IDC and DCIS grade 3 (unable to stage) last year on the left side.  I went for a mammo in Sept and it was clear, had a follow up MRI, biopsy, ultrasound for an unusual lump in the scar tissue and second mammo a couple weeks ago.  Lump was nothing, found micro calcifications on sencond Mammo, biopsies were both clear, but something else "lit up" on MRI that they want to recheck with MRI guided biopsy on the left side. 

    Since treatment, my right side has begun to get smaller, and yesterday I noticed some dark (not bloody) discharge from the right nipple.  I called the Dr. and they scheduled me for a ductogram with the MRI, but it is not until Dec 9th.  Has anyone ever heard of this or had it happen to them?  The Dr said she is not too concerned with the discharge, but it definitely would not be a side effect from the dye injected during MRI.  I am also feeling some mild pain from the right breast to my right armpit.  I had a total hysterectomy in Feb, so any discharge is really unusual.  Can anyone help?
