Cookbooks?

My mom has just been diagnosed with BC.  We would all like to change our diets.  Can anyone recommend a good cookbook for someone with BC and for my sister and I so we can try and precent it?  Thanks.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom.

I highly recommend the Cooking Light and Eating Well series. I found the "Best of Cooking Light" books at Costco for about $16. I am one who still bakes cookies with butter. I thought I would have a hard time switching to the "light" recipes, but hubby and I really enjoy these. We actually made the switch a few years back, so there wasn't the added trauma of major dietary changes along with the dx this summer.
