ER+ and getting pregnant

Hi All,
I was diagnosed 2 weeeks ago on Halloween. I am 31 yrs old. I have been told by my oncologist that I can not have any more children.
Does anyone have any advice on this one, or know if this could be possible once all treatment and surgery has been completed?
I just had my first treatment this afternoon, 4 rounds of TX, then 4 rounds of A/C.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
