Undecided I feel like I fight tears a lot lately - since I've come off.  Maybe it's something I need more than i thought.  I tried counceling and gave it up for now. I know what my issues are. Tongue out  I know, I know - meds without it isn't the best choice but . . . . i'm at a loss right now.  Maybe it's just a bad day.  Back still hurts. It snowed.  I need to kick someone cuz I'm annoyed with them.  Aunt Flo is coming.  It's wednesday.  Ok I'll stop now.

 Thanks for reading my whine!

How long have you been off Prozac?  I have no experience with it, but perhaps it takes a while for things to normalize.  Also, you said Aunt Flo is coming...when she used to visit me, I was always very emotional prior to and during.  Weepy and angry...usually not a good combination.  Do you think it could be more that than the absence of Prozac?

I've been off since like September.  I went of super super slow. It wasn't like I just stopped taking it.

I'm sure its a combo of a lot of things. Tongue out and having Auntie right around the corner is NOT helping!

I would become an unbalanced maniac...and that's kind of an understatement.  Pretty much hated everybody.    See how you feel once you get to the pleasant week after Auntie has gone.  Hope you feel better then and not so much on edge.  That's the worst feeling.  I always found door slamming to be kind of cathartic.

I wish it was snowing here.  I say that now, but I'm a person who gets over winter immediately after the first snowfall.  If it snowed here today, I'd be complaining about it by Saturday.
