Mom newly diagnosed

My mother is only 67 and was just diagnosed with stage one B/C. She just had her second surgery and we are waiting for the biopsy results. If the breast tissue comes up positive the next surgery will be a mastectomy. Mom doesn't like burdening her daughters with all this, so she doesn't tell us everthing. Dad is an emotional wreck over the whole thing. I need to be there for her, but she fights me every step of the way. I know dad needs all his kids around him, because we are the center of his support system right now. It's hard for me to not get mad at mom, because she acts like she's just going in for a colonoscopy. So I take it out on my husband and kids. anyone else dealing with this. I think having a great support system will help mom through this period.
