Young Breast Cancer Survivors- Help!

Hello! My name is Catherine Davis, and I am a senior at Scripps College in Claremont, CA. Hi, Catherine. I'm actually a CMC alumn, class of '90. I'll take your survey. Good luck with your thesis--I remember those days!

Catherine--I took the survey, and one of the pages wasn't working properly. I used the first link above, and I don't know which page of the survey it was, but it was the first page where there are a series of questions about self-esteem, with "strongly agree/disagree" buttons to chose. When I'd answer a question, the check mark for the answer on the previous question would disappear. Hope that makes sense.
