Zynergy and Mega Hydrate???

Has anyone heard of this?  I'm not sure there's anything to this, I'm skeptical in fact, but a  the guy who sells this is really credible and convincing.  Any thoughts??

My boyfriend's Dr. just recommended this to him for fibromyalgia.  I am sorry but I don't believe everything a Dr. recommends...2nd opinion is vital!  So I was just researching the product...did you run this by your Dr.?  Any further thoughts would be appreciated.
