BRCA 1+.. this is sad...

My sister (full) is BRCA 1 + too..  I'm sad for her.

My half sister is NEGATIVE, but HER full sister ( my half) died of breast cancer around age 38.

Go figure.. stupid genetics.

 My first cousin was getting tested last week.  She's going to call with the results.  SHE already had breast cancer a few years ago and HER sister died of ovarian cancer.

God help us all.

    So sorry to hear of the devastating impact of BRCA1 on your family.   It's terrible ...I hope your cousin is negative for BRCA1.
