I just found this article on today's CNN website.  It is the most detailed and complete (and perhaps the most accurate) general news article I've seen, of what we experience when undergoing treatment for breast cancer.  Here's the title:
"A head-to-toe look at breast cancer's real effects"

Good article, but there were a few questionable things in there.  One I remember (danged chemo brain ..was the mention that 'after' swelling from lymphedema starts, then you have to be careful to prevent trauma, bites, and so on....

Danged if I can remember my other thoughts.  But nicely written.

Did you find that NONE of the links worked throughout it for the 'Meet seven women....."  Strange...

I second your recommendation! I sent this to several friends. The links didn't work for me either, but the body of the article was excellent, thorough, and clear.  

For me, the best line was where a fellow under 40 survivor said how hard it was to go through without a partner. She said what I haven't said out loud to anyone these last months.
