Bally's Fitness
Hi Ladies,
I joined bally fitness yesterday, I wanted to go to a gym that had a pool, since I love to swim and it is a good all over workout. I'm so excited to get back to ME, I stand 5'2" and weight 170, now noone believes I weight this much since I'm mostly muslce from years of working out, but trust me I have about 30-35lbs I want to lose. I went from a size 6 to a size 12, oh my I have never in my life been in double digits, but hey cancer can do that to you, but now I'm 3 years out and cancer free THANK GOD. So time to get back to life before cancer.
Do any of you ladies go to Ballys?

Hi Omo,
I will keep you posted, I hope to lose weight, man I hate being this big. I am 45 years old and have had a complete hysterectomy and my thyroid is a mess, so it is hard for me to lose, so i'm hoping this helps.

My first week at Ballys is over today. I swam 4 times this week and oh my god I love love love it. The pool is 73ft long and man let me just say IT IS LONG. I swin 36 laps which is a 1/2 a mile and man I can feel every inch of it.
I feel like I have lost weight already and people have even said the same. So who knows maybe this is what I needed.
Will keep you posted.

Hi...
Bally Total Fitness is an American fitness club chain with four hundred gyms in seventy cities, and claims four million customers [1]. At its peak, prior to filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2007, Bally operated nearly 440 facilities located in 29 states, Mexico, Canada, Korea, China and the Caribbean under the Bally Total Fitness, Crunch Fitness, Gorilla Sports, Pinnacle Fitness, Bally Sports Clubs, and Sports Clubs of Canada brands. In response to an increasingly competitive market invaded by niche clubs catering to specific market demographics, Bally has diversified into franchising, with over thirty Bally facilities now operating as franchises. The company's headquarters are located in Chicago, Illinois.
