A friend just sent me this link, I see it has been mentioned a few times in these forums but not lately...they are in the US and Canada, not all states and provinces, but what a great service!

    Oh yes this is great!  They came for the first time last month and are scheduled for this Monday.  They even brought me a rose when they came!  It has been especially helpful since I am at the end of my pregnancy and couldn't reach the floor if I wanted to!

    Oh my goodness! I have been searching for someone to help me with the house for months and have not even found someone I could pay to come out since I live in a small town. I contacted someone not too far away through this service. Please PRAY that they contact me and are able to help.  Thank you for posting this link!!
