Chicago-area survivors?

I'm a reporter for a Chicago-are college newspaper  working on a story for Breast Cancer Awareness Month about breast cancer in young women.

I am looking to interview someone under 35 who is a breast cancer survivor or has breast cancer now. I can conduct the interview over the phone and it shouldn't take more than about 20 minutes of your time.
