Another Avastin question

I have been on Avastin since the middle of January. Last week I went to the dentist for a cavity, the needle that they used to numb me left a bruise on my face. I was kind of concerned but then a few days ago I lightly scratched my arm and instantly red dots appeared, little broken blood dots. I called the nurse and insisted they check my platelets. They were fine, 201. Well tonight while changing I have several bruising spots and red blood dots on the side of my thigh were I itched earlier today.
I am really concerned about this and am calling the dr in the morning.
Has anyone every had this issue?
