Ellen DeGeneres needs to hear from us!!

Okay, I want to make a motion: I think we as a community of sisters need to flood Ellen Degeneres' website with requests that she talk to us.  I've been emailing her for 3 years (literally!) saying she should feature bc survivors in the audience, and she did it today!  I am sure I am not the only one to have mentioned this to her show, but doggone it, I wanted her to invite US!!!! 

Did anyone watch her show today?  Suzanne Sommers (who I thought looked a little "Paula Abdulish" in her eyes) said that Japan is doing a treatment with success where they can re-grow breasts by using adult stem cells!!!!!!  What the heck?!?!  I've never heard that! 

I want her to invite our happy little community onto the show before the month is up.  Who's in?  Let's all email her and ask!!!  How else do we get the word out?!

I'm in with you whoopsiedoodies.  Maybe if she saw some of the faces she might relent.  Remember Ellen did the show with the dog being taken away from this family who had adopted her.  She was extremely emotional about it.  I would think these stories might really get her to do something like this.  Good idea.  I also heard about growing a breast.  Wouldn't that be awesome?  Maryiz

yes, she stayed at a property owned by my employer (prior and during treatment)

first meeting chance

there was about 5 people around, and i gushed about what a fan i was. i told her dancing with her everyday was a high point in the day for me, i was very bald at the time.

second meeting

two days later, i toured her and entourage at the winery i was working for. she was so sweet and hilarious .

i got tickets to her show that evening but was too tired to make it. 3 months into chemo.

but everyday, during treatment, i watched her show and got up and danced, many days my only exercise.

i watch her still whenever i can.

since moving to so cal i have always wanted to go to a taping but i have not made it.

i love her too. she is really good people!

I was there. I don't think I would want to grow back my breast tissue they gave me so much grief.
