need help

I chose to do chemo before surgery, and had my first treatment on thurs.....so far so good. Just a little tired and icky feeling.  but today my affected breast has swollen and is hurting a lot ....any ideas????

That is not  "normal" side effect. If you were allergic, it doesn't just get the breast.

Call your onc's office ASAP and speak to whomever is on call.  If no one is available, go to an ER or Urgent Care Center to have it checked out.

Probably nothing serious, but not worth getting sick, missing future treatments, etc.
