Anyone else watch this show?

I've been a loyal watcher since the beginning, back when Susan, Mark, Doug, Carter, Dr. Benton, Anspa and crew were on staff. Last night's show was the season opener (sooo missed it all summer!) and it was the saddest show I've ever seen...

I'm sure there will be some Emmy nominations from it - especially from Mekhi Phifer who played Dr. Pratt. That scene where they are suctioning his mouth to control the bleeding while the tears rolled down his cheek was amazing. I can't believe he's gone...

Ironically, I was flipping between the premier of "Gray's Anatomy" and "ER"; funny how both of them had a scene where someone performed a tracheotomy using unconventional methods...

Any other ER fans out there?

I used to watch all the time... then had other commitments on Thursday nights and couldn't keep up with Tivo... watch when I can now.  I can't believe how thorough this explanation is on wikipedia... when I went to find out more after your post...!!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greg_Pratt

Shari, my karate class on Thursday nights kept me from watching it, too, but since my class moved to Tuesday, It's now on my "to watch" agenda. Trouble is staying awake until 11...

Thanks for the wikipedia link. That was a great recap! I'd forgotten all about his involvement with Dr. Chen...

This will be the last season Cry - but we'll get to see some of the old cast members back for special guest spots...

Felicia - thought ER was great last night - very sad and cried through the end. It was difficult switching back and forth between Grey's Anatomy and ER!!

Yay, ER fans!  I thought I had taped the opener (so I could watch GA), but I set it for the cable station on a non-cable TV.  Grrr!  Luckily a prince of a guy I know on another message board heard my whining and sent me a tape.  I got the chance to bawl through the last half hour.

Can't believe it's ending after all this time.

     Thanks for starting this, Felicia!

Felicia---missed the premier--thought I could catch it on-line, but they only show 2 minute "snippets"--so I got the jist of the show, but I'd really like to see the whole thing! I wonder if they will rerun it anytime soon? Missed it last week because of the VP debate; hope it's on this thursday!

Anne, you didn't miss it last week - it wasn't on due to the debates. This week, Abby is leaving Cry...

Maybe you can catch the episode - or at least more than two minutes of it - on YouTube, Anne...

Felicia--Dr. Marc Greene "comes back" to the ER this week--must be a dream/flash back kind of show--should be good.

I think it will somehow be tied to Angela Bassett (Dr. Banfield)'s character...
