Clear discharge - but not from nipple?

Almost 2 years ago I had breast "reconstruction" which consisted of a reduction to my left breast and a lift to my right (post-cancerous) breast. Healing to the left side was fine, but had a heck of a time healing the right breast (which had previously undergone radiation). I developed severe necrosis to the point where my entire breast was hard as a rock and was also the lucky recipient of a wound that just WOULD. NOT. HEAL.

My PS ended up doing surgery to clear out some of the necrotic tissue - which made that stubborn wound even LARGER. Went through the wound-dressing thing for months and it eventually healed (i.e., "closed up"), but I ended up with a big "dimple" in the area around one side of my nipple. PS said he could "fix that" but I don't want to go through any more surgery.

Have had no issues with this breast until the past month or so. I have started having pain, together with redness and itching .... and on Monday that "dimple" area (which is a curved line about 1.5 inches long) has started leaking a clear discharge. Quite a bit, too - I am having to use gauze pads. I don't have a clue what it is. It does not smell and it is clear.

My last mammogram was in December. I had an MRI guided biopsy in January because something showed up on my mammogram but they said at that time that everything was okay.

I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon with the PS to see what he thinks but in the meantime I've been Googling these symptoms like crazy and am not very happy about the results (Paget's disease, etc.)

I wonder if these could just be something like a fluid build-up that has leaked through or something?

Gentle hugs,
