    I am grateful that I got to spend the day with friends on the lake yesterday. I almost didn't feel like going, but went anyway. I am so so happy I did. It was a wonderful day singing songs out loud, floating on rafts with wonderful company.



    BCinColorado...stay safe from those forest fires. I hope they aren't close!

    I am grateful for all the people that are helping others

    threw the fires, cleaning up ocean shores, and heat.

    Lord, please keep bcincolorado and others safe in Your

    I'm grateful for the wonderful lessons I'm taught each Sunday at church.  I'll always need spiritual instruction, no matter how old I get :)

    I am grateful for my kind neighbors who gave me a ride when my car broke down.

    I am grateful that I have a car to drive and I am grateful that I could give another person in need a ride.

    I am grateful that my husband has a job and I am grateful that I can help one of God's children.

    I am grateful for the neighbor who helps my Mom who lives far away from me.

    I am grateful for the way BC has strengthened my testimony of Jesus Christ.  It's helped me appreciate His sacrifice for all of us, knowing that He knows exactly how we feel and can empathize, literally, with every trial and sorrow we experience.  I'm also grateful that I can share every joy with Him, knowing that He wants us to truly be happy and at peace in our lives. 

    (Foots--hope all goes well with your tests this month! hotandcold--I loved your gratitude for someone helping your mom who lives away from you :)

    So glad you had good doctor reports, bcincolorado!

    I'm grateful for the families that employ me to teach their children piano lessons, especially how to play the hymns of their different faiths.  It's a blessing to me to  hear them play sacred music.

    I am grateful for my God who has blessed me and my family so bountifully. I am grateful to God for my daughter who sticks by me through everything. She is such a wonderful and thoughtful daughter! I am thankful for my son altho he doesn't care for me. I am thankful for my husband who helped me thru the days after my surgeries. I am thankful for my 8 grandkids who are such blessings. I am thankful for my home, my job, my husband's income that God blessed us with. I am thankful that for today, right now, this moment.......I do not have cancer (that I know of).  I am thankful that God will keep it away from my body.

    I'm grateful that my husband is a jack of all trades, fixing our broken pipe under the sink today.  We just returned from church when it burst, so he took off his suit, put on his grubbies and went to work on the pipe, despite his bad back. I told him he was my hero :)

    Foots--I wish we were neighbors so I could send him and my son over to help.  I hope you have a good neighborhood and/or church family  to assist  you.  Wishing you health and strength and joy in the little things :)  You're precious in His sight--a sweet daughter of God.

    No, But I am grateful God helps me to stay strong

    but rest in him. The church doesnt even bring bread

    and water to my home. But I am grateful I am very

    close to Him, And  love to share God with others by

    good deeds or just little smiles.

    I'm very, very grateful tonight for meeting such wonderfully strong, spiritual women on this site.  Thank you for creating this thread, Foots, and for pointing out all the goodness we still enjoy in this life despite our BC.  There will always be more to be thankful for, no matter what trials we must endure.
