    Renny85,

I just read your message for the 1st time and I thought it was my sister posting something. Ha .

I am 28 and I just found a lump and had mammogram and ultrasound done. They said it was normal and the lump was just thickening of breast tissue.  I was ok with that and I am do to follow up with my doctor on Monday.  Until my sister called me and told me to check my email.  The email was a video about IBC (inflammatory Breast Cancer).  It is very rare and occurs in younger women.  There are several symptoms:

    1. One breast larger than the other 2. Warm and Swelling 3.Redness or pinkness 4.Itching or pain 5.Dimpling of the skin 6. Ridges or thicken areas of skin 6. Nipple discharge 7. Nipple flattening 8. Areola color change 9.Bruise that doesn't go away 10. Swollen lymph nodes 11. Lump (but not always)

I'm not trying to scare you but It is something most doctors are not aware of cause of the rarity.  If you want I can email you the video (it is komo2(which is a tv station Komo channel 4) if you can search for it) or you can read more on Komen's web site.  It is just another way to double check what doctors miss all the time. Trust me I work for docs and unfortunately it happens.

I hope this helps give you some more question to ask the doctors and hopefully some answers.
