xeloda and tumor markers

Ladies, I was wondering how long it is reasonable to wait to see if tumor markers come down after taking Xeloda. I know everyone is different. I just got my blood test back and my markers went up 10 points (180 to 188)...after taking Xeloda for 3 cycles. I am hoping it will still kick in!!
Just wondering about your experiences...don't like the anxiety.
