    I was and doctor told me get off of it as tumor was estrogen receptive.  I'm also 38 anddon't have any children

    I was on the pill (for severe hot flashes) and as soon as I was dx my gyno told me to stop taking them. I started taking them about 1 1/2 years before by dx, before then I had always had clear mammos. I wonder how much all those hormones caused/affected the bc. However, they were the only thing that stopped my flashes.

    check with planned parenthood in your state; here in Florida they will perform the vasectomy FREE
