Hi All,

For women like myself that are estrogen + and are changing their eating habits inorder to help reduce the amount of estrogen in our bodies -- I was hoping we could start a list of fruits, veg etc. that would be ok to eat to keep our estrogen level low.

Some of you have mentioned you have visited with a naturapath - so your insight would be great.

 I'm going to start a short list. If I'm wrong  please correct me. I'm not sure on some vegs. I thought I read that corn, peas, yams were not advised.

 VEGETABLES: Broccoli, Cabbage, Califlower, Avacados, Beans (What Kind?)  

FRUITS: Grapes,

 MEATS: Fish, Salmon, Tuna (water packed)

 BREADS: Whole Wheat

NO FOODS: Yams, Corn, Carrots, Peas, Potatoes, Soy, Flax, Oils (except Olive Oil)
