I thought it was basically 1 in 5 woman, a lot depends of life style and fat intake.  Did you try googling it?

The link above states that European women have a 1 in 10 lifetime risk. I'm sure there's more info out there, I googled for the info. If I find something more specific I'll post it.

During this randomized study, more than 5000 breast cancer patients were followed for 10 years. The research is a collaboration between the NKI-AVL and 32 other European research institutes, lead by Professor Harry Bartelink.

In the Netherlands, about 1 in 9 women get breast cancer. Breast cancer is therefore the most common cancer in women. Approximately 80% of the women are treated with breast conserving surgery.

This if from another web site.

Postmenopausal women - Breast cancer health facts

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the European Union. Approximately one woman in 10 in Europe will develop breast cancer at some point in her life.

    Women At Risk

    The Facts:
As women age, they are at increased risk of developing breast cancer. We know from research that:

    • The decline in oestrogen that occurs at the menopause does not increase a woman's risk of developing breast cancer.
    • Worldwide incidence rates of breast cancer are highest in industrialised countries and still increasing. Although Europe and North America are home to less than one fifth of the worlds` women, half of the world's breast cancer cases occurs in these two regions.
    • Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the European Union. Each year some 60,000 women in the European Union die of it and 150,000 new cases are reported. Approximately one woman in 10 in Europe will develop breast cancer at some point in her life.
    • A woman's risk of breast cancer increases with age. Approximately 75 percent of breast cancers are found in women over the age of 50. Women in their 60's are twice as likely to get breast cancer as women in their 40's.
    • For women who develop breast cancer, three out of ten will die within 10 years. Besides age, the biggest risk factors for breast cancer are family history (a mother or sister with breast cancer), never getting pregnant, delaying pregnancy until after age 30 or a previous breast biopsy showing abnormal cells. Each of these factors doubles a woman's risk.

In terms of breast cancer and mortality we know that:

    • Cancer is the second leading cause of death in women after heart disease and stroke.
    • In Ireland, breast cancer accounts for 650 deaths every year.
