Dosage of herceptin evy 3 wks

Does anyone know what the correct dosage given of herceptin every 3 weeks is? I start my year of hrceptin treatments on Aug 27th and want to make sure they give me the right dose. I do not completely trust my onc right now, and I simply cannot chang e doctors.

I was billed for 10mg every 3 weeks, but I think it's also based on what you weigh.
