September Reconstruction Sisters

Hi,

'm starting this thread for all of us who are taking the plunge into reconstruction this September.  Actually my surgery was just scheduled and it is Aug. 29.  But that is so close to September and I missed the Sept. sisters boat.  So, anyone out there???  What have you chosen to do?  Where do you live?  Maybe we will find someone who is a neighbor!!

    I am scheduled for a bi-lateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction on Sept 16th.  So stressed about this..................but hoping this is the wise decision and have decided that the DCIS was a big warning!

    I hope you found your way to the September reconstruction group under the reconstruction forum.  Did you?
