I'm sad. My sister is moving out

My sister moved in with us about 18 months ago.  I've loved having her here!!!!!!  It's just so nice to have another adult.  And plus she's my sister - we just get each other!  Well she's moving out.  I'm very happy for the reason why -she's moving in with her fiance and getting married.  But - it's in California! I live in Minnesota.  Her last day with us will be Sept 5th.  I'm just sad.  I'll miss her.

I'm sorry, my 19 year old daughter moved out in january for happy reasons but I still miss her and miss having another woman in the house.  Thank goodness for cell phones, we do get to talk a lot.

My son moved home last year after he graduated from college.

In the beginning it was hard to get used to -- he never missed a meal and was grumpy when he was looking for a job.  Eventually he got one and in January he got his own place and moved out. By then I was used to him and kept thinking - why not save the rent money and stay?

I think it's nice to have company.
