Someone help me understand this please

Hi

My mom had a lump removed in May, she knew it was cancerous but just found out all the information last week. Tonight she read the report to and I know nothing so I need to understand if this is serious. We all know what its like to worry about someone we love and the fact i live so far away doesn't help. Here is the info I know

Left     facia of chest wall 2.2 cm DCIS comedo type with necrosis was found with foci of DCIS of Cribiform  type grade 3/3 carcinoma  

Concerned might be micro invasive carcinoma  post margin  being sent for sentinel biopsy.

er/pr/her2 all unknown testing to be done soon

she is 53 and pre-menopausal

Any information and help would be appreciated
