nuclear radiation question

have posted before things are moving very slow saw my onc recently and he is playing safe not telling me much at this stage,i had breast cancer in early 2005,lumpectomy plus 25 rad treatment i had some trouble and pain with my hip recently an xray from my gp shows it is connected with the cancer i had ,i read if cancer is going to spread the first place it hits is the hip bone area that is a bit of history about me before i ask my question.

i spoke to my onc and going for a treatment plan M I R scan and bone scan another scan begining with p or ct plus nuclear radiation theraphy the hip pain is affecting my ability to walk ,i can walk but it is a hobble and very painful  was told that the radiation will stop the pain any information about this would help  as am worried .it does sound like a spread to hip bone my treatment plan is on the 23th and nuclear 1 shot rad treatment on the 25th is it painful it has been a long wait for the appointment and have tried to be patient it would be nice hear from someone from here most of you sound like experts.will i be able to walk properly after the nuclear rad treatment it sounds like 1 big shot .
