Lymph node(s) swollen in other armpit?

Hi girls

Did a self exam last night lying down and can feel 2 x firm small swellings (one bigger than the other)just inside the front part of my other armpit :  (I had developed 3 lumps (probably lipomas) in my forearm that are making my arm ache and this prompted my SE of that side).

Has anyone out there had a recurrence after mascectomy in the lymph nodes of the other side? I'm seeing my Onc for routine check up on the 30th... it seems like a long wait...!
