HER2 positive, but can't take Herceptin

I am 41 and had a bi-lat mast.  I have IDC, stage 2, grade 2, ER/PR positive, and HER2 positive.  My sentinel node came back positive, so they are going back in for more nodes and then we will do chemo.  I have a previous heart condition (irregular ventricular rhythym), so Herceptin is nto recommended.  Any suggestions on what chemo to go on if I can't take Herceptin or others that have any heart issues?

    What about Tykerb?   I don't know if it has any heart side effects but I know it is similar to Herceptin.  Did you have a heart work up?  I have PVC's and have been taking Herceptin for 3 years... My doctor does a LV Gaited every 3 months to make sure that the Herceptin is not causing damage.
