living with the fear of return

How do you live with the fear of return??? My dear mum has a grade 3 b.c. and this is the main problem that it is a grade 3, also that it was multi-focal and close to the cheast wall. She says if it had been a grade 1 or 2 she would not of been so scared of it returning!!! Please can you help me help her. XXXX
