I am intersted in having a TRAM reconstruction. How many different TRAMS are there? I was informed about fascia complications and ongoing abdomianal pain. I was also informed about hernia and bulges reopening. Do hernia's or buldges reopen? If a hernia or buldge reopens how would the doctor close it? Can you resume norman activitiy? What shouolud I discuss with my doctor if I am interested in a TRAM.
