Thank you so much for posting this!  I totally agree, but wish he'd have elaborated a little more on grains.  (Maybe I missed it?  Will have to listen again.)  I'm thinking that whole grains (not the minute stuff) like rice, quinoa, bulgar, etc are "real food" and what we should be eating while avoiding pasta, bread, cereal, etc.  Does this sound right?

Excellent Message.    It's a mystery to me how most Americans agonise over what to watch on TV or which car to buy, but will heedlessly plop any old thing be it animal,vegtable or mineral into their grocery cart.   You know what they say good stuff in, good stuff out.
