I'm curious about how those of you who have blogs feel about the blogging experience.  Mainly, do you find it rewarding?  Have you made new friends, provided inspiration to others?  Is it time consuming?  How do you handle the comments?  Do you get spammers?  Nasty people?  All nice people?

I've toyed with the idea of doing a blog, but at the time I was struggling so much with fatigue and feeling like crap so MUCH of the time, I just couldn't bare my dreary life to the world in a blog.  Now, I'm finally feeling better consistently.  I'm putting a lot of effort into learning more about nutrition and juicing every day and exploring the world of vegan cuisine.   I'm searching out ingredients I've never even heard of before, and this idea keeps knocking on my brain that I should blog about my new kitchen adventures.  I also love cookies and have always had milk in my fridge probably every single day of my life, so I'm not sure which of my inclinations will prevail -- vegan or omnivore.

Would love to hear about blogging experiences, blogs that you like, or my topic of choice.  I did some web design once upon a time, but I'm not really geeky enough for it and couldn't keep up with all things new on the internet.  I'm very keen on food, espeically now that I see it as a vital key to my health and my future.  I think if I end up being vegan, ANYONE could go vegan, and I wouldnt' go there unless it's what I think is my healthiest possible choice AND delicious.  Documenting my progress via a blog I would hope be of service to others, and hopefully revive my work ethic which seems to have evaporated into fumes while I took the cancer detour.
