Frankenboobs, I love your username and your new hair. Short suits you.
-
"So... what do you think? How soon before I can pull off the topless look?"
How long? Right now. You look very cool.
-
Does anyone have any experience with Carbo and Gemzar. I have a nice coverage of hair now, (I haven't gone topless yet though), and I'm curious if the Carbo and Gemzar will slow down my growth.
Thanks for any info on this,
Denise

I did it! Went topless at panera and then the grocery store. So I decided I'm done. No more wig! I'm not thrilled with my short hair but I'm gonna wear it proudly!
I will post pics later when I'm on my laptop not my phone! -
yeah MamaV! I didn't love my short hair at first, but now I am 21 weeks out, I am starting to love it! So much easier to care for. I do wear a beanie when I go out in the cold though. Cannot wait to see your pics!!!!
-
I am happy for you, MamaV. It feels great to stop wearing your wig.
-
Congrats MamaV! Can't wait until I can do the same!
-
Congrats MamaV!!!!!
-
Bravo MamaV! I'm building up to your kind of courage.
-
WoooHoooo way to go mamaV- So proud of you.... Ive been going topless since day 1 bought a very nice wig but my goodness I kept pulling it off as I would get too HOT and it would freak people out to see me with hair one min and none the next, made a few people do a triple take hahahaha so it was a ballcap or nothing.....
-
I did it! 5 months PFC and I have enough hair to finally go topless! (My DD and DH husband say it looks much better in person!)

-
Awesome MamaV! Your hair looks fabulous!
-
I love it! We are right on track with each other. Looks really good on you!
-
Wouldn't it be fun if we could figure out how to create a photo album with all our pictures at certain intervals?
-

-
MamaV, you do look great! Is that a chemo curl wave or did you have curly hair to start with?
-
MamaV - you look fabulous!!!
-
OMG! Looks EXACTLY like my hair right now! Same color, texture and length! I use a little gel at the crown for height, big earrings, red lipstick - my goal is to make it look like a CHOICE. lol! as if!!
-
I was so excited to figure out how to post, I should have included more detail...
This is my normal color. I've never colored my hair - luckily never had any grey at 41!
This is also my normal texture. I've always had wavy hair - often straightened it when it was long.
And, finally, I have not trimmed it anywhere!
You gals are the best ... give me confidence to face the world like this!
-
MamaV, you look great! I am four and a half months pfc, but not as far along as you. F~<}{ing herceptin! </p>
