A bc sister recommends this, and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it.

Natural Joint   They are capsules made of  37 natural ingredients like, Avocado, soybean, seaweed, rosemary, apple, blueberry, olive leaf, celery, beets, peach ,pineapple and more  and they seem to help.

I think I'm going to give them a try.  Hopefully they will help with the s/e's of the Armidex I'm taking.

Valerie, I don't know anything about this particular product but I use Glucosamine/Chrondrointin and MSM and it works wonderfully.  I also use Fish Oils (omega 3s) which have MANY benefits, one of which is helping with joint aches/problems.  Best wishes

Since you're taking arimidex, does that mean your tumor was er/pr+?  Mine was er/pr+ and I cross my fingers and hope for the best when I take in soy just as a food product.  Taking it in supplement form will be even more concentrated.  The other thing to consider is the source of the soy.  I hope the information I'm passing along here is correct, but I've read that most of the soy products produced in the USA are genetically modified.  Opinions on this topic are divided, of course, but it's one of the many things that give me pause that I wouldn't think about twice back in the days before bc.

I know what you mean about the soy.  I have a onc appointment this week, so I will ask him his opinion.  My bs said soy is OK in its "pure" form.

It's all sooo confusing, it drives me crazy!Yell

    Thanks,

    Valerie
