Here is what I am feeling.

Hi there, Here is what I am feeling, now. I am sitting here at my computer, and just dazing. Wondering. My mind is scrambling real fast. Causing me to be confused.and, I have thoughts of giving up.
I do not think I am Bi-Polar! This is Menopause Mood swings. I was not doing this prior to my Hysterectomy May 1. Not like this. I just took my Effexor 150 mg, and 1 Xanax Pill. We will see now. Hope for the best!

God Bless,

Love,
Kaloni

Yes, Kaloni, hormones can do strange things. I used to, and sometimes still do, get this strange, a little doomsday feeling come over me, very down, and then, a minute later, get a hot flash! It was so predictable that I learned to ignore the panicky feeling entirely, thinking, Oh, this will pass in a minute. Everyone is different. Kind of strange and wonderful except it can get to you.

Kaloni - You are definitely not bi-polar. . .having your hormones yanked can have some really strange effects. I went into tamoxifen induced menopause last year and definitely had some major mood swings. It does ease up. . .or maybe I just got used to it. . .who knows? My husband asks me "What's wrong with you?" on a daily basis, so maybe I'm not doing as good as I think. Then again, I've been going through treatment for over a year and am currently recovering from mast/tram flap so I want to say to him "What's NOT wrong with me?" If they only had to walk in our shoes for one day.
Hugs to you and take care

Kaloni....I can only continue to send you hugs and my wishes for you to have an upswing very soon. When you're feeling badly, it doesn't matter whether its bipolar disease or menopause...you just want it fixed. But at least with menopause, the symptoms and side effects eventually pass naturally. Hang in there, girl!

Hi Marin, I have to say your great. I know I am not Bi-Polar, but, it sure feels like it. I am so sorry that you had to go through this at 17. That is very young sweetie. I do not wish this on anyone. I think it is worst than BC itself, almost. I did take only my Effexor and 1 Xanax, so far today. Cross your figures there. Ha. I feel somewhat OK now. I need to rid all the negative out you know Marin? That is, another story there, later. Ha! I do know this. It is doing it and staying focused.Your such an inspiration, and you help me alot. Keep me in your prayers. You are in mine always.
God Bless You,
Love,

Kaloni
