    My neice is Her 2+ and had radical mastectomy 4 yrs ago.  She doesn't want anymore children, and since her reconstruction, was told she can't have a tubaligation. She is considering an IUD. Is this safe, since it does release some hormones? I am totally against it, but she thinks becoming pregnant would be far worse. I think her husband should get a vasectomy, but she says that isn't an option...Any info on this?
